RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Returns will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  1. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  2. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  3. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage.

  4. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and sent back.

  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees
  6. Shipping fees are non refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry

  • Boob tape

  • Hosiery

  • Items purchased from the Sale section marked as Final Sale

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as a store credit.

  • Store credits are valid for 180 days from the date issued. After 180 days, unused credits will expire.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

  • You must send a photo of the damaged/defective item to info.decenzy@gmail.com along with all the details of your order invoice.

Important

  • At this time, we do not offer direct refunds on standard returns—only store credit.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered), the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Decenzy.
